About Me

Talking about your financial circumstances is a very sensitive subject and is something which can at times be put to the bottom of the ‘to do list’.

There’s often a feeling of not knowing where to start, who to talk to and, how do you go about choosing someone to entrust when assisting with your financial planning.  It can be extremely daunting, however, having the knowledge and correct information can be extremely powerful, in terms of helping you to make those difficult decisions.

When looking at financial planning and by working together, I am committed to providing a high level of service and holistic advice, and it is important that I take time to build a relationship with all of my clients by providing dedicated support and reviewing plans made as circumstances can change over time. Creating a financial plan should be a positive experience (without the jargon) to achieve a future that you have identified as an individual, family or business, whilst gaining confidence, clarity and control of your short, medium and long-term goals, objectives and aspirations.

This in turn can provide a huge sense of relief that the ‘financials box is now ticked’ and you can rest assured that you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and understanding that you have chosen the right options and choices for you and your family.  Financial planning can encompass many aspects, and this is why I work closely with other professionals such as will writers, solicitors and accountants, so that clients can achieve the best outcomes.

With a background in social work, I have transferred the ethics and skills from that role into my work as a financial planner, so clients feel comfortable with entrusting me to work with them.

Will writing involves the referral to a service that is separate and distinct to those offered by St. James's Place. Wills are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
